Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a deposit of $50.00 is required.

Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied towards your scheduled service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

In the event of a no-show or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. In such cases, the same cancellation fee will be applied. We will make every effort to reschedule your service at a more convenient time for you.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds.
